C++ Better Explained

C++ Better Explained is a website dedicated to beginner programmers who want to learn the C++ programming language. The website incorporates free articles, a published book, and an online course to help students learn the C++ programming language.

In January 2017 I hired and was mentored by Sylvester Nkongho from Exponential Growth Funnels to help develop a sales funnel for the business.  We started with creating a customer avatar of our ideal customers, and we were able to craft high-converting sales copy. This led to being able to successfully convert cold traffic campaigns into paying customers for my book and online course. The sales funnels that we architected were a Tripwire Funnel and High Ticket Client Funnel with the tripwire funnel being the most successful. 

From conducting extensive split testing on both Facebook advertising/Google Adwords, I had been able to consistently run profitable paid advertising campaigns in order to generate a positive ROI. I was able to do this in the years of 2017 to 2021. 

The two major reasons why I started this online business is because I found other resources to learn C++ were dull and hard to understand. I spent hundreds of dollars on outdated C++ textbooks which I was struggling to understand and learn from when I was starting to learn the language. The second reason was when I was in my second year of engineering, we were required to learn C++ and several of my peers were struggling, so they were turning to me to help them tutor them.

I have received several emails from students all over the world, with very positive testimonials saying that my website, along with my book and the online course has helped them finally understand the language.

Although I am no longer involved in this business, all the lessons and skills I’ve learnt from building this business from the age of 21 to 29 will stick with me for life. These skills include copywriting, sales funnels, digital marketing and high ticket phone sales.
